We are very excited to announce that we have recently upgraded our new hire onboarding process to an online Electronic Hire onboarding module that will greatly improve the efficiency of our new hire onboardingprocess. Our new system allows the hiring manager(s) to complete a single sheet of paper and a single screen of information and then the rest of the paperwork is completed online by the new employee.
After the employee completes the online onboarding process the hiring manager will be able to review and approve the I9 online. Upon approval of all the documents by the hiring manager they will be digitally sent into the HRIS system in our corporate headquarters in Melville, NY.
