Position Description:

 Manage the day-to-day Human Resources activities (non-payroll related) for client worksites and co-employees.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for clients on Human Resource questions ensuring clients are in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws.
  • Act as a resource and advisor to clients on all areas of human resources matters including but not limited to performance management, coaching, new hire on-boarding, termination, employee handbook creation, investigating complaints, integration and company policies and procedures.
  • Support human resource processes and procedures to ensure accurate, timely and consistent customer service delivery to clients.
  • Coach clients on employee relations matters including employee concerns, management of performance issues, exit strategies, selected recognition, etc.
  • Ensure a smooth on-boarding experience for new clients and continuing new hires
  • Identify process improvement possibilities and participate in improvement efforts, sharing best practices and ideas across practices.
  • Assume a key role on special projects
  • Foster teamwork and a positive work environment through frequent collaboration with other HR Business Partners, Benefit and Payroll Specialists in promoting best practices.
  • Attend HR meetings and participate in training workshops, research and present HR topics of interest at staff meetings; participate and assist with training incoming HR staff on area of expertise.
  • Conduct off-the-shelf and customized training programs.

Experience:

Three to five years of HR Generalist experience.  Bachelor’s degree (business administration or human resources) preferred. Strong understanding of Human Resource segment business challenges.  Deep knowledge of all areas of Human Resources including but not limited to General HR, Benefits Administration, Payroll, Risk Management, Retirement Services, Customer and Client Support.  PHR required.

Position Description:

Assist the Employee and Client Implementation Specialist with onboarding employees from new clients and existing clients.  This position is responsible for collecting and importing all data as well as training clients on our new hire onboarding system.  This person will also support the employee onboarding specialist with implementation of our time and attendance system.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Employee onboarding for new clients
  • Assists with maintaining and reviewing electronic onboarding – sets up new clients in system, uploads client specific documents
  • Trains clients on electronic hire
  • Sets up hiring managers
  • Reviews new hire paperwork; I-9’s, wage forms, direct deposit, tax forms
  • Acts as client and employee contact to follow up on and retrieve missing paperwork
  • Verifies I-9 documentation to ensure compliance; enters information in the E-verify system
  • Assists with audits for missing or incomplete documents
  • Inputs employees into the system and employee changes; data entry
  • Assists with employee terminations
  • Creates and updates existing processes as necessary
  • Organizes and prioritizes folders with new hires and employees changes to ensure paperwork is being processed
  • Assist with the implementation of time and attendance system for clients

Experience:

A minimum of 2 years administrative or human resources experience.

Specific Skills Needed:

  • Previous experience using Microsoft Office
  • Detail Oriented
  • Strong communications skills
  • Ability to multi-task

Position Description:

Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties. Reports to: Office Manager
